SKITOUR UP THE SCHAFREUTER

Not much could get me up at 5:45am on a sunday when it's -15C, but today it was well worth it. Colin (Big Col) and I did a popular bavarian tour up 1300 vertical metres to the Schafreuter peak on the border between Germany and Austria. Conditions were perfect - cold, no wind, sunny and lots of snow. If only my legs were quite as good... Click on the pic at right for the photo Album.

DODGY WORK TRIP



Sometimes I get sent to the dodgiest places in the name of work ;-)

Unfortunately I spent 2 days indoors, and 1/2 hour taking these pics, before departing last friday. Free beer or refreshing cocktail to whomever sends me the correct name of the location
